Traditional therapy often focuses on talking about your experience: analysing what happened and why. That has its place, but for many people, talking alone doesn't create the lasting change they're looking for.
My approach works differently. Rather than following a fixed protocol, I follow you — your body, your nervous system, and what your system is ready for on any given day. We work across all layers of your experience: physical symptoms, emotions held in the body, beliefs formed from old experiences, younger parts still carrying old pain, and the relational patterns that keep showing up in your life.
The entry point is different for every person. Some clients begin with the body; chronic symptoms that haven't responded to conventional treatment. Others begin with anxiety, relationships, or a sense that something from the past is still running the show. Wherever you begin, we follow your body's wisdom rather than a predetermined map.
Instead of managing symptoms, we work to understand what they're communicating and address the root. The result isn't just feeling better. It's feeling genuinely different — more self-led, more at home in yourself, and more excited about your life than you thought possible.
Once payment is received your session is confirmed and your video call link sent.
You'll then receive a set of forms to complete including an intake form, a privacy and service agreement, and an energy healing consent form if you've opted in. Please complete and return them at your earliest convenience, and no later than 24 hours before our first session.
Completing these ahead of time means we spend your first session on what matters most — not background details. You'll arrive knowing we're already on our way
