Website Disclaimer
Last updated: 23rd June 2026
Please read this disclaimer carefully. By using this website or engaging with the content on it, you acknowledge and accept the terms below.
1. General Information Only
The content on this website, including service descriptions and any other written material, is provided for general information and reflection only.
Intuit Wellbeing provides counselling and complementary therapeutic support. Clients may talk about physical health, mental health, symptoms, safety, trauma, relationships and life experiences within sessions. Fiona supports the emotional, relational, nervous-system and personal meaning layers connected with these experiences. Intuit Wellbeing does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, medication advice, prescriptions, emergency care or crisis support.
Website content does not replace appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric or emergency care where that care is needed.
2. No Therapeutic Relationship
Reading, browsing or engaging with this website does not create a therapeutic or professional relationship between you and Intuit Wellbeing. A therapeutic relationship begins only once a Therapeutic Service Agreement has been signed and sessions have formally commenced.
3. Professional Scope
Fiona is an ACA registered counsellor and IICT Premier Member. Fiona is not a registered psychologist, psychiatrist, medical doctor, or mental health nurse. Intuit Wellbeing is not a crisis service and Fiona does not provide emergency mental health intervention, medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, medication advice or prescriptions.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent support in Australia, call 000. You can also contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732. If you are outside Australia, please contact emergency services or a crisis line in your location.
4. Services and Modalities
Sessions draw from a wide range of modalities, tools and techniques tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. The specific approaches used will be discussed and agreed upon as part of the therapeutic process.
Energy healing is available as an optional add-on for clients who choose to explore it. It is not a standalone medical or psychological treatment. See Section 5 for further information.
5. Energy Healing
Energy healing works with the body's subtle energy systems and draws on spiritual frameworks including chakras, soul-level healing and energetic clearing. These concepts are offered as one lens through which to explore your experience. They are not scientifically proven and are not presented as such. Spiritual concepts are offered, not imposed.
Clients are welcome to take what resonates and leave what does not. No particular belief system is required to choose this work. An energy reading is a snapshot of what is present in a client's field at a particular moment in time. Because energy is constantly shifting, each reading is unique to that session and is best understood as a helpful guide rather than a fixed or permanent state.
During energy healing, themes may arise that feel connected to the body, symptoms, health experiences or a client's relationship with medical care. These are offered only as energetic or intuitive reflections, not as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance or medication advice.
Energy healing is complementary in nature and does not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or emergency care.
Fiona encourages clients to continue discussing any health, medication or treatment concerns with their GP, specialist or other treating health professionals.
6. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Every person's experience of counselling, therapeutic support and energy healing is different. No particular outcome, result, symptom improvement, emotional change, physical change, spiritual change or transformation can be guaranteed.
Testimonials published on this website reflect individual client experiences. They are used with written permission, and identifying details may be withheld or generalised to protect client privacy. Individual results vary, and testimonials should not be read as a promise or guarantee of any specific result.
7. Intellectual Property
