Terms of Service
Last updated: 23rd June 2026
These Terms apply when you book or use services with Intuit Wellbeing. They are separate from the Therapeutic Service Agreement and intake documents completed before sessions begin.
Intuit Wellbeing is based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia and provides online integrative counselling and complementary therapeutic support for adults.
1. Services
Intuit Wellbeing offers online sessions for adults aged 18 years and over.
Sessions may include integrative counselling, trauma-informed support, nervous system support, inner child work, parts work, guided meditation, Timeline Therapy, solution-focused support and optional energy healing. Energy healing is optional and only included where the client has chosen and consented to it.
Intuit Wellbeing provides services to adult individuals only. Services are not currently provided to children, couples, families or groups.
2. Important Limits
Intuit Wellbeing is not a crisis service. Fiona does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, medication advice, prescriptions or emergency care. Services are complementary and supportive in nature. They do not replace care from a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, specialist, allied health professional or emergency service.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help in Australia, call 000. You can also contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732.
If you are outside Australia, contact emergency services or a crisis service in your location.
3. Suitability
Intuit Wellbeing may decline, pause, discontinue or refer a client on if Fiona reasonably believes the service is not suitable, safe, ethical or within her scope of practice.
Where appropriate, Fiona may suggest alternative or additional support, such as a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, specialist trauma practitioner, family violence service, crisis service or another form of care. This helps ensure clients are supported by the type and level of care most appropriate to their needs.
4. Online Sessions
Sessions are held online by video call. Please attend from a private, safe and comfortable space with a stable internet connection. For safety reasons, Fiona may ask you to provide your current physical location and emergency contact details, especially before sessions begin or if you are attending from a different location than usual.
5. Overseas Clients
Intuit Wellbeing provides online services from Australia. If you are based outside Australia, please enquire before booking so Fiona can consider whether online support is appropriate for your location, circumstances, safety needs and time zone.
If Intuit Wellbeing agrees to work with you, services are provided under Australian jurisdiction and these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Before sessions begin, Fiona will ask you to confirm that you understand this and to provide a local emergency contact.
6. NDIS
Intuit Wellbeing is not an NDIS registered provider. Fiona may work with self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants where the service is suitable for the client's goals and funding arrangements.
Clients are responsible for confirming that their plan, plan manager or support coordinator will accept the service and invoice. Intuit Wellbeing cannot guarantee NDIS funding, reimbursement or plan approval. Energy healing is not NDIS-funded and cannot be claimed through an NDIS plan.
7. Fees and Payment
Current fees are listed on the website.
Payment is required at least 24 hours before each session unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are currently accepted by PayID or bank transfer.
All prices are in Australian dollars. Intuit Wellbeing is not currently registered for GST.
8. Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
Genuine illness or emergencies may be considered at Fiona's discretion.
9. Sessions, Validity and Refunds
9.1 Breathe, a single session, is paid at the time of booking.
9.2 Discover, 6 sessions, expires 6 months from the date of purchase. Discover is paid upfront and is protected by the Intuit Wellbeing Discover Guarantee. See Section 10.
9.3 Elevate, 12 sessions, expires 9 months from the date of first payment. Elevate is paid across three instalments. Each instalment releases four sessions, so clients are not locked into future payments until they are made.
For best therapeutic effect, weekly or fortnightly sessions are recommended where possible.
Sessions already attended are not refundable except where required by law.
Unused prepaid sessions may be reviewed in genuine circumstances such as serious illness or major life events. Where a refund is approved, it will usually be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. The Discover Guarantee
The Intuit Wellbeing Discover Guarantee applies only to the upfront Discover 6-session option.
It is designed to support fit, honest review and good-faith engagement. It is not a guarantee of healing, symptom improvement, emotional change, physical change, spiritual change or any particular outcome.
After your first three Discover sessions, if you feel the approach is not the right fit, please raise this before booking or attending your fourth session. If both client and practitioner agree that continuing is not the right match, your unused remaining Discover sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
If you complete all six Discover sessions and feel there has been no meaningful shift, Fiona will offer a review conversation.
Where you have attended all sessions, engaged genuinely with the process and raised concerns openly during the work, Fiona may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the Discover fee at her discretion.
The Discover Guarantee does not apply to Breathe, Elevate, energy healing add-ons, missed sessions, late cancellations, no-shows or sessions already attended. Nothing in this guarantee limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Confidentiality
What you share is treated as private and confidential. There are some limits to confidentiality, including where disclosure is required or permitted by law, professional obligations, supervision, serious risk of harm, child protection concerns, court orders or with your consent. Fiona may discuss de-identified client material in professional supervision for ethical and professional development purposes. The full Privacy Policy is available on this website.
12. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Every person's experience is different. Intuit Wellbeing does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, healing process, symptom improvement or transformation.
Testimonials, service descriptions and website content should not be read as a promise of any specific result.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, the Intuit Wellbeing name and logo, is owned by Intuit Wellbeing unless otherwise stated. It may not be reproduced, distributed, adapted or used commercially without prior written permission.
14. Website Content
Information on this website is general in nature.
It is not medical advice, crisis support or a substitute for professional care.
Engaging with this website does not create a therapeutic relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only once the required Therapeutic Service Agreement and intake process have been completed and sessions have commenced.
15. Changes to These Terms
Intuit Wellbeing may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will be available on this page with an updated date.
Updated Terms apply to future bookings and use of the website, unless otherwise required by law.
